We provide photography services, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, commercial photography, stock imagery, family, children, graduation, and event photography. We also offer digital downloads, prints, and other photography-related products for sale on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
To book a photography session or purchase a product, complete the booking form and submit full payment or a deposit (if applicable) as specified on our website. Payment is accepted via Credit card, PayPal, and Cash. All payments must be made in full before the session unless a payment plan or deposit is agreed upon.
3. Pricing
Prices for all services and products are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The prices at the time of purchase or booking will apply.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Services: A deposit is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 3 days in advance for any chance of rescheduling without penalty. If cancellation occurs within 2 days of the session, you will forfeit your deposit.
- Products: All sales of digital products (such as downloadable files) are final and non-refundable once the order has been processed. Physical products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Delivery of Products
- Digital Products: Digital files will be delivered via a secure download link or through a specified method on our website. Upon purchase, you will receive an email with download instructions.
- Physical Products: Physical prints and products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping charges apply, and delivery times vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers.
6. Copyright and Usage
All photographs taken during a session are the property of Kassies View Photography, and clients are granted a license for personal use as specified in the Digital Image License. Commercial use or reproduction without express permission is prohibited. For any licensing inquiries, please contact us directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of our services or products. In the event of an issue with the services rendered or products purchased, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product in question.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kassies View Photography, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from using our services or products.
